Description of the Flag

The logo at the 2001 election site may be used as a flag: On a purple cloth, a large orangish hand showing thumb up; white capital letters "PRO-" near the thumb, "REFERENDUM" bellow the hand and, vertically, "APODETI" at the hoist. This was clearly created for the 2000 referendum; which flag, if any, was used previously?

In 1975, Indonesia created APODETI, at first a tiny movement of integrationists in Indonesia.
